'Tiger and Fu' pin sets have been removed from our online store due to the problems of the consignment terms. perks team then decided to re-introduce our own design.
 
As you may have seen too many products that copied from the Yokosuka embroidery tigers, we therefore gave up on using those traditional tiger pattern with ferocious posture. Presenting another form of tiger with reference to the old Tibetan tiger rugs of 'flayed’ tiger form, a pelt with arms, claws and head strongly depicted.
 
Apart from bravery, strong and majesty, tiger is also a symbol of good luck in Chinese culture. Besides, the Mandarin pronunciation of tiger (虎) is similar to blessing (福), meaning good fortune and happiness. By considering the design principle of pin badge, we used skin pattern of tiger to illustrate the Chinese word ‘Blessing’ (福) with perks element integrated into it.
 
perks 早前出售的老虎襟章因合作問題經已下架，最近決定重新推出自家設計。
 
因為你已經見過太多直接挪用橫須賀刺繡老虎的產品，所以我們決定不再使用一般刺繡上嚴肅威猛的老虎。而是參考西藏虎毯的虎皮圖案，刻畫虎爪、虎臂和虎頭的形態。
 
老虎除了代表剛勇威猛，在中國文化中也象徵吉祥如意。「虎」和「福」在普通話𥚃亦讀音相近。因此我們用虎紋勾勒出「福」字，再融入perks的設計元素。
